Javier and his team did a great job in the sale of our home, their advice was appreciated and we were able to sell the house fulfilling our expectations. At the same time they did an amazing job negotiating the terms of our new home, in particular thinking outside of the box to make an extraordinary offer to win the house in a time of competition, and we did get the house! we are now in our new home and we love it! Javier was incredible in helping us sell our home. He helped us buy the home 3 years ago and he is so good we wanted him to help with selling the house. He was very informative in helping us prep the house and has a menu of contractors to help improve the house to get the best selling price. He is knowledgeable about the area and market and helped us price in a competitive market. We left for the weekend for open houses to occur and by the time we returned, we had 9 offers, half above asking. He is gifted at his craft and very personable. We moved out of state and I feel we will never find a real estate agent like Javier. He is a unicorn. He is the sweetest and we will miss doing business with him.

If this space allowed for 10 pages of text, I still couldn't fill it with enough positive words about Javier. He came highly recommended and even that was underselling it, in my opinion. Here's a quick rundown of our timeline: Introduced to Javier on March 28. Chatted with him via phone the same day; ran him through what we were looking for in our house. Javier found ~20 places that matched our criteria but identified the best two right away; one had a pending offer, and one had a deadline of the following day. The following day (March 29), walked me through the house and proposed a handful of terms for making an offer. Called us around 6 PM to tell us our offer had been accepted. Received the keys to the house on April 27. How does that happen? In the span of literally 36 hours, Javier went from being a stranger to the person who called to tell my fiancee and me that we could move forward with purchasing a home. That's insane, right? Especially in the Portland Metro area! All I had to do was stay on top of clerical stuff and provide the money, which was a major load off in terms of stress. Now, will this result be common for everyone? I can't imagine so I recognize that we got profoundly lucky. But that luck was aided by Javier's diligence, knowledge, connections, and implicit understanding of what we wanted in a house and what to move forward on. I think he'd be the first to tell you that it takes a team of people to make a home purchase come together, and that's undoubtedly true, too but honestly, I want Javier on my team for every transaction going forward. This process literally could not have been simpler from my standpoint, and a huge amount of that credit goes to him.
